The objective of this regulation is to define rules and principles of the 7-members National Food Codex Commission, composed of two representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, one representative from the Ministry of Health, two scientists who would be selected separately by these two ministries, one representative from the Institute of Turkish Standards, and one representative from the largest NGO on the field.
