【 摘 要 】

Model of adsorption on graphene isbuilt by two steps: For the beginning density of states for the graphenemonolayer on solid substrate is calculated, then adsorbed atom is placed on thesuch constructed epitaxial graphene. Both metallic and semiconductingsubstrates are considered. Charge transfer between adatom and epitaxialgraphene is estimated. Effects of graphene layer and substrate on the electronstate of adatom are analyzed.
