The book has a comprehensiveintroduction and two main parts. Part I presents theconceptual underpinnings for the Bank's thinking onpension systems and reforms, including structure of Banklending in this area. Part II highlights key design andimplementation issues where it signals areas of confidenceand areas for further research and experience, and includesa section on regional reform experiences, including LatinAmerican and Europe and Central Asia.
