【 摘 要 】

This report presents the findings of anassessment of Tanzania’s workforce development (WfD) systembased on the World Bank’s systems approach for bettereducation results (SABER) WfD systems benchmarking tool. Thefocus is on policies, institutions, and practices in threeimportant system dimensions: strategic framework, systemoversight, and service delivery. By systematicallybenchmarking the state of policies and practices acrossthese three dimensions, this report aims to inform dialogueon important WfD system reforms by situating currentpolicies and institutional performance against global good practices.
