【 摘 要 】

Ministerial Decree No. 1137 shall be supplemented with item 3 as follows: “In the absence of facilities for the manufacture, processing, management and destruction of poisons, applicants shall not be required to submit the documentation specified in items 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 (except for workplace safety, environmental protection, medical control and registration of poisons)”.
