【 摘 要 】
Quality management is a set of activities aimed atachieving objectives,throughtheoptimaluseofresources.Thissetincludesplanning, coordination, organization, control, and quality assurance activities.The company sets itself a series of "strategic objectives": economic, social, technical, commercial,whichareachievedthrough"operationalobjectives".Inthispaper, theauthorinvestigatestheimplicationsofimplementingaqualitystrategy(the strategyofcontinuousimprovement)ontheorganization’sclient’ssatisfaction, respectivelyonitseconomicresults.Theresultshighlightthebenefitsthatthe implementation of this strategy has brought to the organization looked at.
