【 摘 要 】
The study of consumers helps firms andorganizations improve their marketing strategies byunderstanding issues such as: the psychology of howconsumers think, feel, reason, and select betweendifferent alternatives; the psychology of how theconsumer is influenced by his or her environment; thebehavior of consumers while shopping or making othermarketing decisions; limitations in consumerknowledge or information processing abilitiesinfluence decisions and marketing outcome; howconsumer motivation and decision strategies differbetween products that differ in their level ofimportance or interest that they entail for theconsumer; and how marketers can adapt and improvetheir marketing campaigns and marketing strategies tomore effectively reach the consumer.
