【 摘 要 】

The protection of human health is certainlya matter of the utmost importance tohumanity, hence the due attention given everywhereat the current stage to theoretical andpractical issues, aiming at the fundamentalrights and freedoms of the beneficiary of medicalservices. The doctrinal approach to theissue of the rights of the consumer of medicalservices involves taking into account a widerange of issues and implications of a political, economic, cultural nature, as well as the particularitiesof historical development and stagesof development. The reasoning regardingthe application of consumer status concerninghealth services derives from two oppositeviews. Firstly from a protectionist perspective, which refers to the use of consumer law to protectpatients, and secondly, from the perspectiveof introducing the health sector in a marketlogic, by the same conception. The purposeof the research is to highlight several doctrinaltheories regarding the status of the consumerin medical services.
