【 摘 要 】

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure the right of citizens in the sphere of public health protection and public guarantees for the implementation of the aforesaid right. Regional executive bodies shall be responsible for ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population and sanitary and hygienic education of the population. Its aim shall be to ensure access of the population to healthcare and medical assistance.
