【 摘 要 】

In the article we conducted the study of the existing in practice proposals of compensation to the developer of the costs of own funds for the development of objects of exclusive rights created as a result of the state defense order. The analysis showed that the existing proposals are difficult to implement and do not meet the interests of enterprises, which are the prime conductors of the state defense order.
