【 摘 要 】

A new acetylenic alkaloid was isolated from the sponge Leucetta sp. The structure was established by analyzing spectroscopic data. The alkaloid showed cytotoxicity IC₅₀ 2.5 μg/mL against NBT-T2 cells.
