【 摘 要 】
Agingcanbedefinedasagradualandprogressivedeteriorationofthehealthbythetimewhichelevatestheriskofdeath.Autophagyisaconservedpathwayfromyeasttomammals,whichisdefinedasacatabolicbulkdegradationpathway.However,inSaccharomycescerevisiae,autophagyisdefinedassinglecell’sadaptationtostarvation.Thereisanemerginglinkbetweenautophagicpathwayandlifespandetermination,howevertherolesofindividualAutophagyRelatedGenes(ATG)incellularaginghavenotbeenelucidated.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthereplicativeandchronologicallifespanof32yeastdeletionmutantslackingthegenesofautophagicmachinery.Weidentifiedsixmutants(atg7Δ,atg17Δ,atg27Δ,lap4Δ,atg12Δ,atg14Δ)withshorterreplicativelifespanandfourmutants(ccz1Δ,atg10Δ,atg15Δandfbp1Δ)withshorterchronologicallifespan.OurdatasuggestinvolvementofseveralnewATGmutantsinlifespandetermination.
