【 摘 要 】
Encystedembryosofthebrineshrimp,Artemiasalina,containatleastfivespeciesofRNAwhichareresolvablebychromatographyoncolumnsofmethylatedalbuminofKieselguhr(MAK).Duringdevelopmenttheproportionofeachspecieswithintheembryoremainsrelativelyconstant.Quantitativeextractiondataalongwith32Piandadenosine-3HincorporationstudiesindicatethatRNAsynthesisduringdevelopmentofArtemiaismostintenseimmediatelyafterhatching,whereasverylittleRNAsynthesis,ifany,occursbeyond36hoursdevelopmentat30°C.DNAsynthesisbeginsshortlyafterhatchinganditcompleteby60hours.DuringtheperiodofintenseRNAsynthesis(20–36hours),certaintRNAspeciesandheavyRNA(hRNA)appeartobethemostmetabolicallyactiveRNAfractions.TheexactfunctionofhRNAduringdevelopmentofArtemiasalinaremainstobeelucidated.【 授权许可】
