Introduction. The success of the formation of the knowledge economy involves the creation of the effective educational system that, through the provision of quality educational services to the population, contributes to the accumulation of national human capital, provides conditions for the introduction of the principles of continuous education and serves as the guarantor of innovation development and socio-economic progress in the region and the country.
