【 摘 要 】
A functional of nonstationary cyclic fatigue of bodies was constructed under the assumption that the destruction process occurs in time after the deformation process. Damage conditions are derived, which determines the number of non-stationary loading cycles, in which damage and cyclic fatigue occurs in the body, which makes it possible to find the nonstationary number of loading cycles before failure.
