【 摘 要 】

specialization, standardizationandempowermentlevel havepositiveinfluenceon thechangeoforganizationaleffectiveness.Thechangeofscopeof work doesn’t have meaningful influence on the change of organizationaleffectiveness. This thesis will contribute to the study of organizational structure strategy. Contingency theory is one of the most prominent and commonly accepted theory in organizational structure design field these days. Upon theresultofthisstudy,functionalstructureismoreeffectivetoLH housing design department. Many of precedented studies on organizational structure design strategy focused on organizational structure and organizational effectiveness. However,this thesis focused on the change of organizational structure and the change of organizational effectiveness in time series. This is the big difference between this thesis and others.
