0.639 - 0.782). The positive likelihood ratio was maximized to 1.84 with a sensitivity of 70.0% and a specificity of 62.0%. When a specificity was set to 50.0% which was minimum acceptable value, the positive likelihood ratio was determined to 1.50 with a sensitivity of 74.8%.ConclusionsThe proposed software can be an effective tool for automated detection of RNFL defect.
