The Program for Development and Peace inMagdalena Medio, supported by a Bank Learning and InnovationLoan, promotes a community-based participatory approach todevelopment and peace in one of the most conflictive regionsof Colombia. With a heavy emphasis on the strengthening ofsocial capital and productive sub-projects, the Projectoffers important lessons on development interventions inconflict-affected regions.
