【 摘 要 】

ThisreportpresentsthefindingsoftheassessmentofGeorgia sworkforcedevelopment(WfD)system,conductedbasedontheWorldBank sSystemsApproachforBetterEducationResults(SABER)WfDanalytical framework and tool. The focus is onpolicies,institutions, and practices in three importantfunctionaldimensionsofpolicymakingandimplementationstrategicframework,systemoversight,andservicedelivery. ThefindingssuggestthatthemainfocusinGeorgiaisshiftingfrompolicyconceptualizationtoimplementation.Manyofthegapsidentifiedsharecommonrootcauses,implyingthataddressingaselected gap may lead to progress on related fronts.
