【 摘 要 】

Using a data-driven empirical case studymethod, the paper evaluates the impact of one identifiedreform program on development outcomes. The paper uses theWorld Bank Country Policy and Institutional AssessmentRatings to identify large scale structural and macro-levelpolicy interventions in the last decade that were seen asbeing sustained and successful for IDA countries. Robustnesschecks are performed to show the efficacy of the method inparticular cases. It was found that the method attainsrobustness in the case of Nigeria.
