【 摘 要 】

This report directly providerecommendations for improvement of the quality of theregional master socio-econsomic development plan andnational laud use plans for Vietnam, to the year 2020. Itprovides analysis and assessment of thereviewed-adjusted-ammended socio-economic development planfor the Mekong Delta, which is aimed at improvement of thequality and feasibility of regional socio-economicdevelopment plans for the industrialization, modernizationand integration of Vietnam into the global economic market.Land and water resources were evaluated, case studies werecompiled on export commodity production models withconsideration of the potential as commodities.
