【 摘 要 】
Rwanda was selected as one of the majorcase studies to inform the development of EducationResilience Approaches (ERA) tools and background materialsbecause of its remarkable recovery economically, socially,and politically from the impact of the terrible 1994Genocide. This recovery has been particularly marked in theeducation sector which has undergone a series of reformsdesigned to promote peaceful social transformation.
