【 摘 要 】

This toolkit for the preparation of adrinking water security plan provides a model for taking aGram Panchayat and Support Organization through an actionplanning process. The toolkit includes a basic actionplanning format. It is a step-by-step process, coveringpractical guidelines and a water security plan template. Thepractical guidelines are designed to standardize andstreamline water security planning for all the pilot blocks.The toolkit focusses on the planning and communitymobilization as well as the institutional and financialaspects of implementing a drinking water security program inpilot blocks.
