【 摘 要 】

This study provides an overview of Arabofficial development assistance (ODA) over the past fourdecades. Trends in volume, composition, and direction arediscussed in chapter two and the institutional framework isdiscussed in chapter three. Over 90 percent of Arabdevelopment assistance is provided by three countries: theKingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, and the United ArabEmirates (UAE).
