【 摘 要 】

This paper describes forced displacementin the Europe and Central Asia Region (ECA) and thevulnerabilities associated with being a displaced person. Itanalyzes the development challenges of forced displacementparticularly protracted displacement in the region and theprospects for durable solutions. Displaced persons facechallenges related to recovery of or access to housing andland, employment and livelihoods, access to services andpublic goods including health, education, andinfrastructure, and accountable and responsive governance.
