【 摘 要 】

This document summarizes evidence andguidance on project design and results framework indicatorsfor nutrition-sensitive irrigation and water managementinvestments for which improving nutrition in vulnerablepopulations is a specific objective of the project. Drawingon the current body of evidence on the links betweenirrigation, water management, and nutrition through thepathways of production, income, women’s empowerment, andwater and hygiene, the report describes eightnutrition-sensitive approaches for achieving greater impactson early child nutrition. Results framework indicators areproposed to support monitoring and evaluation ofnutrition-sensitive investments in water management and irrigation.
