【 摘 要 】

This report presents the results of theWorld Bank funded project on Costing Adaptation throughLocal Institutions (CALI). The objectives of the CALIproject are to: (1) identify the costs of adaptation throughlocal institutions, and (2) investigate which institutionssupport households in adapting to climate variability, whatefforts and costs are needed to realize the adaptationoptions, and how they facilitate adaptation to climatevariability. The study has been carried out in Mali,Ethiopia, and Yemen. This report discusses the results for Mali.
