【 摘 要 】

This Country partnership framework (CPF)(FY19-FY22) will help Somalia consolidate its transition byinvesting in services and economic opportunities whilecontinuing to address the structural drivers of fragility.Based on the Systematic Country Diagnostic (SCD) andwide-ranging consultations, the Bank Group will supportpriorities in two Focus Areas: (i) building institutions todeliver services, and (ii) restoring economic resilience andopportunities. Building on good country performance, theWorld Bank Group (WBG’s) engagement will expand under thisCPF, with new exceptional financing from IDA’s pre- arrearsclearance grants. In Focus Area 1, the WBG will strengthenongoing governance programs with a new focus on fiscal spaceand improving access to and quality of key social servicesand resilience. Under Focus Area 2 the WBG aims to increaseeconomic resilience as a basis for long-run povertyreduction and inclusive growth.
