Arab donors continue to be responsive to theneeds of developing countries. Gulf countries,notably Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UnitedArab Emirates; and Arab financial institutionshave increased their financial assistanceovertime, during the global financial crisis andin the aftermath of the Arab Spring for Arabcountries in transition.
