【 摘 要 】
A Ta(sub 2)O(sub 5)-Pt nanostructure electrode was fabricated by means of cosputtering. Wormlike Pt nanoparticles were produced in Ta(sub 2)O(sub 5) matrix as observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and small angle x-ray scattering (SAXS). The electrochemical and electrochromic properties of nanoworm-shaped Ta(sub 2)O(sub 5)-Pt electrode are compared with those of Ta(sub 2)O(sub 5) thin-film electrode without Pt nanoparticles.
