【 摘 要 】
The contributions of this research project to amorphous silicon solar cells are in the following areas: (1) Improved understanding of the open-circuit voltage; (2) Improved knowledge of the built-in potential; (3) Variations in hole drift-mobilities for differing forms of a-Si:H; (4) Infrared spectroscopy of interfaces in a-Si:H cells; (5) Polymer p-layers; and (6) Hydrogen-based models for defects and metastability.
