【 摘 要 】

This Law establishes the list of non-tax payments in the form of revenues to state budget. Non-tax payments shall be fees and charges. Fees include payments for domestic waste disposal in urban areas to be paid by legal and natural persons who are owners of immovable property. Licensing fees shall be charged to economic entities carrying out production and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors.
