【 摘 要 】

Item 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Environmental fees shall be applicable for the following environmental impacts: (a) emissions to the atmospheric air from stationary and non-stationary sources; (b) effluent waste water discharge; and (c) waste disposal of domestic and non-domestic waste, including storage and burial thereof".
