【 摘 要 】

These Provisional guidelines are destined for the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Combustion of solid domestic waste shall be considered emergency emission and tenfold rate of environmental fees shall be applicable thereto. Basic bulk weight of solid domestic waste shall be calculated as equal to 0.25 tonnes per cubic metre.
