【 摘 要 】

This Act regulates fishing within internal and marine waters (inclusive the EEZ) of Guyana by both domestic and foreign fishing vessels. The Act also concerns fishing on the high seas by Guyana vessels, marine reserves, processing of fish and international trade in fish products.
