【 摘 要 】

The scope of this Law shall be to prohibit fraudulent activities in the sphere of trade of raw milk in the process of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts between buyers and sellers (business entities) of raw milk. It establishes mandatory quality requirements for milk and dairy products and appoints public authority for supervision over compliance with the established requirements.
