【 摘 要 】

This Law establishes legal basis for standardization in Russian Federation that is compulsory for all state administrative bodies, as well as for enterprises and entrepreneurs (subjects of economic activity), social associations and determines arrangements for state protection of the interests of consumers and of the state by means of elaboration and application of normative documents regarding standardization.
