【 摘 要 】

This Decree establishes the modalities of issuance, extension and cancellation of permits for economic use of waste (except for incineration) and requirements contained therein related to economic use of waste. The aforesaid permits shall be applicable to recycling of waste, waste disposal (burial), collection, storage and rehandling (recycling) of waste, and transportation of waste.
