The present Law introduces some amendments to the Environment Protection Act 1996 (LGBl. No. 84/1996). In particular, it replaces the table of contents; it amends Part I on general provisions; Part II on installations promoting the protection of the environment; Part III on access to information on the environment; Parts IV on special installations; Part V on prevention of major accidents involving harzardous substances; Part VI on common provisions and Part VII on final and transitonal provisio
