【 摘 要 】

This Ministerial Decree contains the list of environmentally degrading economic activities classified as follows: (a) land and subsoil management (reclamation of land polluted with toxic, radioactive and other hazardous substances, mining of the area exceeding 25 hectares); (b) use of water resources (waste water treatment calculated for the population of 150 thousand residents); (c) oil operations (extraction, storage, transport, processing and operation of pipelines); (d) use of nuclear and th
