This Resolution approves the contract of concession to Marina S.N. Lda to build harbour facilities in Tarrafal, within the island of São Nicolau. This Concession, consisting of 5 Chapters, establishes terms, conditions and requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activity.
