【 摘 要 】

This Order establishes the procedure for the issuance of permits for the use of land and reservoirs located in the sanitary protection zone of a nuclear installation, facility destined for radioactive waste management and uranium processing site. A permit for the use of land and water located in the sanitary protection zone of a nuclear installation, site intended for radioactive waste management, uranium processing facility, shall be issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs intendi
