【 摘 要 】

These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to the Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Reporting Requirements Regulations. The amendments concern the electronic transmission of data and reporting formalities. These provisions include a maritime information system to process the reported information. The Regulations were adopted within the framework of the IMO Convention on Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic.
