【 摘 要 】

These Regulations set new application fees for Dumping at Sea permits in accordance with section 5(5) of the Dumping at Sea Act 1996. Fees are prescribed in accordance with the quantity of material to be dumped. They are to be paid to the Environmental Protection Agency.
