【 摘 要 】

This Decree validates form sheet of accompanying certificate for transportation of waste (Annex 1) and the Regulation on issuance of accompanying certificate for transportation of waste related to industrial waste with a view of subsequent treatment, recycling and disposal thereof. Accompnying certificate for transportation of waste shall be issued by the owner of waste.
