【 摘 要 】

This Decree establishes requirements for electromagnetic radiation of radio-frequency spectrum, maximum allowable level thereof, and its impact on human health. The scope of the Decree shall be protection of human health against negative impact caused by electromagnetic radiation of radio-frequency spectrum. It contains calculation formula for determination of maximum allowable radiation level.
