This Resolution consisting of 9 articles aims to preserve the safety of the environment and public health through the determination of (i) the environmental conditions for the establishment of sterilization facilities for hazardous and infectious waste resulting from health institutions and (ii) modalities for granting environmental licenses for the operation of the above sterilization facilities.
