The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) gives United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the authority powers to control hazardous waste in its full cycle." This includes the generation, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste. RCRA also set forth a framework for the management of non-hazardous solid wastes. The Act also set forth a framework for the management of non-hazardous solid wastes. The objectives of this Chapter are to promote the protecti
