【 摘 要 】

The present Regulation is made under the Act Respecting Occupational Health and Safety. In particular, the purpose of the Regulation is to ensure the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. It provides for labelling of hazardous products, rules relating to certain containers, data sheet concerning hazardous products. The text consists of 32 sections divided into 2 chapters.
