This Decree, composed of 6 articles, grants to the Company "Geração Céu Azul S.A." a 35 year-concession for hydropower generation of the Hydroelectric Plant "Baixo Iguaçu". It establishes terms and conditions of the above mentioned concession for the exploitation of electric energy through hydropower generation on the low-stretch of the Iguazu River, within the municipalities of Capanema and Capitão Leônidas Marques, in the State of Paraná.
